Meat Sale and Christmas Parade

Parents and Students,
All product from our meat fundraiser have been delivered and is being picked up as we speak. If you ordered the Stuffed chicken their was a shortage at the company and we did not receive any stuffed chicken at this time. After talking with Southern Heritage each person who ordered a stuffed chicken has two options. Option 1: We can complete your order and the chicken will be delivered after the Thanksgiving break before the Christmas break. Option 2: I can work with our bookkeeper at the high school and we can refund you the cost of the smoked chicken. If you ordered the stuff chicken please email me with which option you would like to choose. I apologize for the delay.
Tomorrow is the Montevallo Holiday Parade. Call time is 4:00pm for all. Have your band shirt. We will wear Santa hats during the parade. If you have a Santa hat at home please remember to bring it. There are some hats in the band room however we do not have enough for everyone. Finally, so the band looks uniform, any Santa hat should be a traditional santa hat (Red hat, white trim). Do not hesitate to call or email with any questions you may have.

Regards,
Mr. Rogers
