Senior Night Schedule 9/4

The following itinerary will be followed for Senior Night:

Friday 

▪ 5:00 Band Room Open for students to retrieve instruments

▪ 5:30 Students report to band practice field 

▪ 5:45 Uniform Inspection 

▪ 5:50 Warm-up, students required to be in full 

uniform 

▪ 6:10PM March to Stadium 

▪ 6:20PM Seniors line up for Senior Night Ceremony

▪ 6:50PM Band plays National Anthem 

▪ 7:00PM Game Starts, Go Bulldogs! 

▪ 9:30PM Approximate end to Game 

▪ 9:45PM March out of the Stadium 

▪ 10:00PM Band Dismissed 

Percussion and Low brass must load and unload the trailer at the band room.

Auxiliary Summer Band Camp Dates & Fee Schedule

Please remember that this schedule is subject to change. Our top priority is the safety and health of our students, and if we feel like we can not safely rehearse then we will have to modify when we meet. This schedule is also dependent on the full Shelby County Schools schedule, and any changes to the start of school could affect our band camp dates. I will send out any changes as quickly as possible, so please keep an eye out on the blog, google classroom, and facebook page.   



July 13th  6:00  MANDATORY PARENT MEETING  
                          & 1st Payment of $200  + anything from last year's fee

July 14th - 17th  8:00 - 11:00am - Danceline Only
                           1:00 - 4:00 - Colorguard Only

July 20th & 31st - 8:00 - 1:00 - All Auxiliary  


July 31st is scheduled for pictures that morning & Parent Picnic at 6:00

13th: MANDATORY parent meeting at 6:00 
 13th-16th: Percussion Camp 3:00-5:00 
 16th: Leadership Camp 8:00-12:00
20th-21st: Rookie Camp: 8:00-12:00 Full Music Rehearsal 1:00-4:00
22nd-24th: Full Camp 8:00-4:00, lunch from 12:00-1:00
27th-31st: Full Camp 8:00-4:00, lunch from 12:00-1:00
31st: Parent Performance at 6:00
